A farmer who signed on to Monsanto’s Technology Stewardship Agreement contract allegedly ‘went crazy’ after realizing the contract contains insidious language which puts 100% liability on the farmer. Farmers often prefer GM crops because they can be planted and sprayed with herbicides and pesticides without any detriment to the crops and very little maintenance required.
