Over 1.6 Million Votes Still Uncounted: Did Prop 37 Really Lose?

So in the four counties I looked into, there are roughly three times as many uncounted votes as the margin of Prop 37’s defeat. And as I say, I checked the numbers in only four counties. There are 54 other counties in the state. Who knows how many votes they still need to process? So why is anyone saying Prop 37 lost?

Millions of Genetically Modified Mosquitoes Released With No Risk Assessment

Millions of genetically modified mosquitoes have been released in various locations around the globe with little to no risk assessment. A UK-based company, Oxitec is the maker of all genetically modified insects. Oxitec is supported by and very close with multinational pesticide and seed company, Syngenta. Syngenta, in addition to providing the world with destructive pesticides, has also been charged with covering up the deaths of many animals consuming the company’s GM corn.

You have been lead to believe that vaccines are safe. But they are not safe. The birth of the vaccine is one of the worst scientific mistakes and subsequent cover ups in human history. The science behind vaccines is not only flimsy, it is an embarrassment.

And now that Proposition 37 in California to label GMO foods has been defeated by the food industry and a sleeping populace, it is more important then ever to know how how to access and support the organic food movement. In a big way, your life depends on it.

4 Questions Undecided Voters Should Ask About Prop 37 [Video and Article]

As a historic vote with profound implications for the future of our food system nears, the question becomes whether a campaign with limitless resources and a disdain for the truth can defeat an overwhelmingly popular idea supported by a grassroots army, and over 3000 public interest organizations: the right to know what’s in the food we eat and feed our families.

Monsanto Funded Anti-GMO Labeling Campaign Gets Away with Impersonating Government Agencies

Misuse of a United States government seal can lead to a $250,000 fine, twenty years in prison, and three years of supervised release — unless you’re a campaign organization funded by major corporations like Monsanto. In a move completely ignored by the mainstream media (many of which have financial ties to such corporations), the anti-GMO labeling No on 37 Committee paid for and disseminated a physical piece of direct mail that not only entirely misused the FDA logo but even sported a fabricated quote.

As many as 70 to 80 percent of the packaged foods in the supermarket contain GM ingredients and even some non-packaged food could be dangerous. The best way for consumers to protect themselves from genetically modified organisms, GMOs, is to learn which products and types of foods most likely contain them, plus how to identify safe foods.

Dr. Mercola: “Expert” Detractors On California Prop 37 Are Shills For Big Biotech

“No on Prop 37” put Henry Miller front and center of its campaign. Miller has a long and sordid history of defending toxic chemicals such as DDT, in addition to working for Big Tobacco. He also tends to misrepresent himself quite a bit. A “No on 37” ad had to be pulled off the air because Miller was identified as, “Dr. Henry I. Miller M.D., Stanford University.” Behind him in the shot was Stanford’s recognizable vaulted campus walkway. Just one problem: Miller is not a Stanford professor…

Five Health Tips to Decalcify the Pineal Gland

The pineal gland plays an important role in our physical and spiritual health, because it regulates our sleep patterns and sexual development and anchors our souls to our body. One of the substances that does a great job calcifying the pineal gland is fluoride (sodium fluoride). Fluoride is very harmful to the pineal gland because it disrupts the pineal gland’s natural functions by hardening its interior walls.

Amy Goodman Op-ed: California Prop 37 on GM Labeling Could Make Food Safer For Us All

Of the 11 initiatives before the 2012 California electorate, one drawing perhaps the most attention is Proposition 37, on the labeling of food containing genetically modified organisms, or GMOs. Whether or not this ballot passes could have a significant impact on how our food system is organized, favoring small, local organic food producers (if it passes), or allowing for the increased expansion of large, corporate agribusiness (if it fails).
