Having personally set numerous resolutions in the past, both at New Years and at other random points throughout the year, I know just how important it is to make and stick to healthy changes in our lives. Hoping to make some positive resolutions as easy as possible for you, I offer 20 one-sentence resolutions I believe we all need to make in 2017 — unless of course you’ve already mastered them.
Fear only has as much power over us as we allow it to. And all fears are dispelled in the same exact way, no matter what they are about and no matter how large or how small. All fears, dissipate when we face them. And that’s not to say that it actually goes away entirely, but when we face the fear it’s POWER over us ceases to exist and therefore the control it had over our lives is no longer.
When we can fully embrace what it feels like in all senses to be the person who has already achieved the goals we set out for ourselves, this is setting the frequencies to match up and pull the experience to you. Think “fake it until you make it”. There’s something in that when we own the energy of our desires; we ultimately do become them.

As technology grows to allow us to keep in touch with those farther and farther away, it seems to be creating a disturbing distance between us and those who are actually right in front of us, often times leaving them wondering why they are no longer deserving of our attention over that game of Angry Birds or your Facebook feed. More energy and focus is placed every year on material things; on presents rather than presence. And we as a collective so desperately need to get back to that place of the true Holiday spirit. The spirit of giving, the spirit of togetherness, appreciation and gratitude.
