Happiness & Humor
The truth is, we are living in an age where we are realizing that we are all made of energy and consciousness; that we are all God. And the female deity is the goddess. So it makes sense that more woman are now using the word goddess and identifying with that part of themselves.
I truly believe the ego is meant to help humanity, not harm it. It is only when we as individuals allow our minds and actions to be ruled by ego does it negatively affect our lives and the lives of those around us. But the ego is best used as a compass of sorts, pointing the way to what areas within us need healing and integration so we can rise up energetically and show up in our lives as we were meant to; connected, yet unique slivers of cosmic Creator Consciousness.

I felt compelled to write about ‘being the change’ this week after all of the negative news going on the world lately. I won’t get into it, as I’m sure most of you are aware of what’s been going on but I just wanted to take the time to remind everyone that it all starts with each and every one of us. We all matter and we all mean something. Somewhere along the line, it became acceptable; almost required to teach us that we are insignificant and we began to lost our luster, our soul shine…and that is the greatest lie ever taught. We are all significant, we are divine, we are love. Don’t ever forget that because once you remember, the world will reflect a place that won’t need changing.
Many different people have many different ways to enjoy this happy life.
“Are you working with your energy, and riding a blissful wave of life enjoyment? Or, does it feel like you are getting beat up by life right now?
There is no coincidence between how you manage your energy and your life outcomes. As it turns out, working with your energy is critical for how good you feel about your life.”
I put a personal guarantee on each and every one of these.
Come read about how a flock of bumptious, beautiful ladies – frolicking in the sea – changed my whole Virgoan, pinickity, bs-body image perspective. I’ve never looked back! Mothers of young girls – you especially need to read this…

It’s unconditional prayer, the practice of communicating with the Divine for the more connection, service and surrender. Unconditional prayer is the anti-thesis of “shopping list” praying where we tell the Divine what we want and when we want it.
Happiness is a huge topic of discussion nowadays – you can walk through any self-help section of your local bookstore and see dozens of books on the topic. Research happiness on Google and you’ll notice that thousands of entries pop up. However, as much as people talk about happiness, do we really understand how it works?
It’s important to have down-time when your body is out of alignment physically — which we call having dis-ease or an ailment. We all know this. To carry on ‘as per normal’ when your body is feeling worn-out, sore or in pain is futile and leads to more suffering. Let’s try this out on something slightly different…
The moment we incarnate we are bombarded with outside stimuli from the physical world that demand our attention and we rightly so give it to learn how to navigate this new environment to ensure our greatest chances for survival. However, it is rare that we are taught that this is not the only place to get your cues in life from. Sure, we often get the good old generic lessons passed down to us like, “always trust your gut” or “follow your heart”, but these cookie-cutter conversation pieces are rarely ever more deeply explored even though they carry some serious hidden gem insights. And this must lead us to wonder are they really understood and communicated from one generation to the next on what it really means to do either?
