Are Psychic Spies Still on the U.S. Payroll?

Many secret unknown sources have disclosed an alleged black budget psychic spy program for the NSA but the question is who are they spying on?  They claim to be entrenched in paranormal reconnaissance.

Declassified documents have proven that the NSA utilized psychic spying using remote viewing since at least the 1970′s.  One source who allegedly was part of an NSA/CIA project after 9/11 says that finding Saddam Hussein and nuclear material in Iran were part of the psychic agenda.

An independent experiment labled, “October Red” was used to predict future terrorist activity.  One such exercise revealed that Yemeni terrorists would use timed bombs in the aircraft’s cargo bay a year before two bombs were sent by Fed Ex and UPS.

Another source, Chris Robinson, had been in communication with the DIA and NSA after he warned the CIA of terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11.  He now posts his psychic dreams on Twitter.

The declassified files point to some kind of epiphany in the program before Project Star Gate was terminated.  The NSA projects after 9/11 suggest that the NSA believes that remote viewing is a legitimate form of intelligence in the same way they detect “chatter” on the internet.  The underlying technology may be inside us all to pick up on the psychic “waves” flowing around us.
