Adama – What Is Ascension?

Denise LaBerge channels Adama of Telos in response to the question voted on by the viewers of Conscious Life News:

“What is ascension?”

My name is Adama, and I am with you today in this now moment. I am coming as a brother, as a friend, as a family member, to talk to you one more time. This question could be answered in many ways, but I will take a simple way; something that is easy, something that is touching the eternity, something that is true.

Presently our mother Earth is preparing her ascension into 5th dimension consciousness, which means that she is bringing along all of her children with her at the same time. She is presently uplifting her vibration level. She is preparing her body and all of her children to vibrate at a higher level of consciousness. So how can you prepare yourself to be part of this ascension, to go along the way… the same way, the same path as our Mother Earth. It is so easy. You just need to identify yourself to what you are in reality, because you are a portion of the source. You have been created from the heart of the Great One, the One that is eternal, that knows all, that is all, that is pure love, pure light. So when you identify yourself with your true identity, when you sit and you feel that you are God in action in this dimension, you are ascending… because ascension is just an elevation of vibration. And the more that you elevate this vibration level, the more you ascend, and the more your consciousness can touch other regions… can touch the mind of God, the heart of God, the wisdom of God that you are. You have been created perfect and you have been imagined in the mind of God perfect before you were created.

The fact that you are in this dimension with a physical body means that inside you the perfection is living. You just need to manifest it. And to manifest it, you just need to feel and identify yourself with this perfection that you are, because truly, you are perfect. You are already perfect, already eternal, already shining in the great sky among the stars. So each time you identify yourself with what you are in reality inside you, to this perfection of love, of light, of compassion, of harmony… you are raising your vibration… you are ascending… you are in the movement of ascension. And the more you do this, the more your consciousness can attach itself to this vision of yourself, the more you become it; you manifest it and you vibrate at this level.

The planet is elevating her own vibration, so when you elevate your own vibration you go along the same path, so you will be able to accompany the planet in creating this new world of consciousness, a consciousness of love and respect. You don’t need to do anything, you just need to feel what you are in reality. So I invite you to go inside yourself and feel the truth of these words resonating inside you. Call your higher self. Ask your higher self to shine inside you, to vibrate inside you. Ask to feel it. Identify yourself with this perfection that you are and you will be ascending, you will be manifesting the glory of God that you are in this dimension.
